My wife and I came to the store on a Saturday. Stephanie was a lot of help picking out some in-stock tile. We stopped back by the store and discussed wood with Ed and he showed me what he had in his house. We took home some samples and chose 5" handscraped maple. Even thought I installed most of the floor, Mizells was willing to help me with all of my installation questions. Ed even stopped by on a Saturday to see how the installation was going. All floors turned out really nice. I would recommend Mizells for installation or if you just need materials.

I was surprised to see that Mizells had more to offer than just flooring. Besides a new floor, we are now in the process of a new walk-in tile shower, both installed by Mizells. Callie Shaw, an interior designer for the store, literally walked me through the process. Her sincere customer service qualities and knowledge made me comfortable pursuing this project. We went to Mizells to redo the flooring in our house and to buy all new furniture, rugs, and accessories. Ed and the crew did a wonderful job ripping up all the tile and old hardwood floors and laying the new hardwood floors. They kept the house clean at all times, were extremely nice, and very professional. If you are looking for furniture, rugs, and accessories then Mizells is the place to go. They have designer brands and numerous options to choose from. We knew the look we were going for but we had no clue how to put it together. Then we met Callie Shaw, one of Mizells interior designers. We told her the look we watned and that we wanted her to pick out everything. Now our home looks tremendous like the designer homes that you see in magazines. We would put Callie Shaw up against any designer, period. We will continue to use Mizells in the future.
